the higher we raise our vibrations, the less necessary action becomes

“It will be my last bull run.” One of the big traders, whom I highly respect, posted this on X (previously known as Twitter).

He is one of the smartest and most honest traders I know, truly alpha.

Many people benefit from his posts.

He doesn’t have any paid group; he shares his advice, investments, and trade ideas for free.

One has to avoid noise to reach such people.

On any social platform, due to noise, it’s a skill to find such alphas, especially when they prefer to remain unseen or not seek fame

“Learn in your first bullrun. Retire in the second,” he says.

This year-end or the first quarter of next, he will start posting less and less… and then one day, he will be gone.

When he leaves social media, his posts will continue to guide people.

Once he leaves, many will miss his presence, just like me.

In the last two years, throughout the bear market, he remained there for people, guiding and motivating so many.

In trading, one’s mind has to be stronger than feelings.

To take a good trade, one needs a calm mind.

The market can go up, down, or remain horizontal (with less volatility and no price change). They call a horizontal market a “boring market”, because in this time there is less volatility.

market conditions

In the above picture, accumulation and distribution phases can be considered as a horizontal or boring phase.

This phase can last for a few days, weeks or months..

During this time, people who cannot control their emotions ..they miss volatility (ups/downs)… they overtrade out of boredom and may end up losing money.

Similarly, in life, we have phases—some are up, some are down.

When there are no ups or downs, people may say life is boring.

Out of boredom, people do unnecessary things.

Sometimes, due to boredom, they form new relationships, eat more food to pass the time, or spend more time on social media, etc.

To avoid this, one needs to learn how to remain calm/ peaceful.

When we meditate on God, we start acquiring His qualities.

Purity, peace, love, joy, and bliss are some of His qualities.

The farther we go away from God’s qualities , the more we suffer in life.

The ability to forgive others, the ability to love others, and kindness are some of the good qualities.

Good qualities we earn stay with us, and each time we cultivate a good quality, we raise our frequency.

The higher we raise our vibrations, the less necessary action becomes.

Meditation helps to remain calm.

Meditation may seem boring or time-consuming, but when was the last time you truly felt peaceful and calm?

If other activities like eating more food, engaging in relationships, or visiting beautiful places haven’t brought you the calmness you seek,

then? now what?

if not meditation then how to empty my mind? people ask

today if you have time, can you go for a walk without phone? even if its 10 minutes walk you can afford fine..go for it…

may be inititialy your mind will bother..mind will start missing noise but you stay focus ..

one day..nothing will happen..

second day ….nothing..

third day…nothing

fourth day…fifth day..

and then suddenly you will start noticing changes..now instead of noise your mind will start craving for this peace

The challenge isn’t just finding peace; it’s learning how to remain peaceful consistently.

I dont have much to say.

Next month I have some events to attend.

I will share about it in upcoming weekend posts.

Do you know, last month I placed a rotten tomato in a pot, and now there are more than 10 small tomato plants that have grown from its seeds.

It will be such a nice picture to see my balcony full of tomato plants with red, juicy tomatoes hanging on them.

Hai na?

Do you know, I miss buying tomatoes for Rs 20 per kilo? That was last year’s price.

And then last week this happened..I went to local market to buy vegetables.

I asked a seller, “Tomato kaise?”

“60 rupees per kilo,” he replied.

“Ek kilo dedo.  (Give me one kilo)”

“Lelo” He said

As I walked away, another vendor screamed, “Tomato lelo,  50 Rs per kilo”

“Huuuu?” I wondered  in my mind

“Ek kilo dedo.  (Give me one kilo)”

“Lelo” He said

After walking for 2 minutes, I noticed another tomato seller.

“Tomato lelo. 40 rupees per kilo, 70 for 2 kilograms.” He was screaming from bottom of his belly

“Huuuu?” I wondered again in my mind

“Ek kilo dedo.  (Give me one kilo)”

“Lelo” He said

“Will you please stop buying tomatoes? I am in pain,” this time it wasn’t the vendor but my hand screaming.

“Okay. But you have no idea how it feels when you bought tomatoes for 60 rupees per kilo, and the next one says take for 40 rupees. ” Me to my hand.

The vegetable bag I was carrying was almost full and must be more than 4 kilograms already.

Jokes apart, if one starts to grow their vegetables at home, that could be great savings for the future.

Today is Saturday. It’s 2:41 pm.

Wishing you a wonderful weekend, everyone.

Stay blessed, stay happy always.

…and let me know if you get tomatoes for a lesser price than this. ☺️

Much Love,

Arati
