It’s a huge progress. Pat on my back. First time in my life I could actually touch my feet. What a feeling. Today I had to literally push myself to get on the yogamat.
Yesterday’s 2 plus hours yoga, made me sleep little longer today. My back, calf muscles were paining badly. One good thing is today I started again to have greentea.
I am not sure how much it’s better than normal tea. But since it has no sugar n milk..so m happy with it. Next time when I will click a picture of this yoga asana, I wish to see lot of improvement.
